Epion Health is pleased to announce the appointment of Allie Berner to Athena Channel Manager. In a twist to the typical recruiting process, Allie was hired by Epion in February 2016 as a Sales Executive, after meeting Epion’s CEO, Joe Blewitt, when she was his Uber driver while waiting to start a new job. Allie was later promoted to Senior Account Executive. In her new role, Allie will be working as the liaison to the athenahealth team to identify opportunities where Epion can provide services to further increase the satisfaction of the Athena client base.
“In light of our accelerated growth within Athena, and our expanding line of complementary products, we recognized a need to support the partnership with a dedicated resource," said Blewitt. Prior to her new role, Allie worked extensively with her Athena sales team counterparts and has been involved with several projects with other Athena groups.
